The AWS is supplied with a preconfigured set of sensors for Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Barometric Pressure, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Rainfall, and Solar Radiation.
The EWS Weather station is an integrated system combining the high powered Iridium or Cellular EWS EMT device, a robust and industry tested ultra-sonic weather sensor and tipping bucket rain gauge.
The Weather Station is supplied with a 3m popup tripod mast that can be pegged or bolted down.
The EWS Automatic Weather Station is designed to make indicative weather monitoring more cost effective and easy to setup in remote areas with very little supporting infrastructure.
Ideal for mine site weather monitoring, construction site weather monitoring and more, near real-time weather data is transmitted directly to Orion where it can be viewed, managed or exported.

The EWS AWS is a high spec, low cost weather station using the EWS switch series logger to collect and transmit data from any location.
The AWS is supplied with a preconfigured set of sensors for Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Barometric Pressure, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Rainfall, and Solar Radiation. The Weather Station is supplied with a 3m tripod style mast that is bolted to 3 small blocks during the installation. The station is preconfigured prior to delivery, but can also be configured either on site via the SwitchComm App through Bluetooth, or remotely over OTA.
